2 lb. hamburger

1 lb. sausage

2/3 c. bread crumbs

1 tsp. salt

2 T. mayonnaise

1/2 tsp. sage

1/2 tsp. vinegar

1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

1 tsp. chili powder

2 T. parmesan cheese

2 eggs, beaten

1 tsp. pepper

2 tsp. grated onion

1/2 tsp. oregano

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Combine all ingredients and shape into small balls. drop into boiling water for 10 minutes or until partially done. Simmer in barbeque sauce for a few hours. Crock pot works great
