    Toasted Cinnamon Coffee Bread

    1 pound frozen bread dough, thawed

    1/3 cup honey

    1/3 cup brown sugar, packed

    1/3 cup walnuts, chopped

    1/2 tablespoons cinnamon

    1 tablespoon low fat margarine, melted


    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 13 x 9-inch rectangular pan with Pam. Spread honey in bottom of prepared pan. Sprinkle walnuts and cinnamon over honey in pan. Set aside.

    On a lightly floured flat surface, roll dough out into a rectangle. Spread brown sugar over top of dough evenly. Roll up dough in jellyroll fashion. Cut rolled dough in sixteen 1/4-inch slices. Place slices in prepared pan. Brush rolls with margarine. Set bread aside and let rise for 30 minutes. Bake for about 25 minutes. Turn out of pan immediately onto a serving platter.
