    List of Ingredients

    5 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1 package regular breakfast sausage
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 cup asparagus, cut into bit-sized pieces
    1 cup white mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 tablespoon Thyme and salt/pepper to taste


    In a large skillet, cook the sausage and onion on medium-low heat. Drain.
    In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, cheese, Thyme, garlic, asparagus, mushrooms, bell pepper and salt and pepper.
