    Caramel Peach Crunch

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup flour

    1 3/4 cup uncooked rolled oats

    1 1/2 cups brown sugar

    1 tsp. cinnamon

    1 tsp. salt

    1 cup butter or margarine, melted

    2 29 oz. cans sliced or halved peaches, drained


    Line Dutch Oven with parchment paper or foil. Combine all ingredients except peaches. Combine well and place mixture on bottom of oven. Add drained peaches. Place lid on oven and cover with hot coals. Cook 30-45 min.. I used a 12 inch DO with about 10 coals on the bottom and 16 on the top and it cooked in about 30 min.. I rotated halfway through cooking.
