    Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs

    List of Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 lb Italian sausage
    tsp garlic powder
    2 tsp salt
    1 tsp ground black pepper
    1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    cup grated parmesan cheese
    cup Italian seasoning
    2 eggs, beaten
    cup milk
    1 lb grated mozzarella cheese


    In a large glass bowl combine all ingredients except mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
    Form mixture into medium to large meatballs.
    Take a good pinch of the shredded mozzarella cheese and press into each ball forming the meat mixture around the cheese.
    Place the meat balls in a slow cooker and cover with meatless spaghetti sauce.
    Cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 2-2 hours.
