    1 lb ground beef

    1 packet taco seasoning

    8 oz can tomato sauce

    10 oz can enchilada sauce

    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

    1 can Pillsbury Grands rolls (probably would be fine with the other varieties of refrigerated biscuits also)

    Optional: sour cream, salsa, additional shredded cheese


    Cook ground beef in skillet until brown, drain off fat. Return beef to pan and add taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and enchilada sauce. Cut each Grands roll into fourths and add to pan along with 1 cup shredded cheese. Gently stir to combine. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for about 25 minutes. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup shredded cheddar on top and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
