    List of Ingredients

    5 cups tortilla chips
    1 - 15 oz can black beans, drained, rinsed and mashed
    1 4.5 oz can chopped green chilies, drained
    2 tsp taco seasoning mix
    2 roma tomatoes, chopped
    2 green onions, sliced
    2 cups finely shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese


    Heat the grill. Spray a 12 x 18" pan with cooking spray. Spread tortilla chips in the pan. In a bowl, mix beans, chilies and taco seasoning and spoon evenly over the tortilla chips. Top with tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle with cheese and then cover pan with foil. Put foil pan on grill over a medium heat. Cover grill and cook 8 to 10 minutes or till cheese is melted. Remove foil and serve.

    To make into a main dish I add cooked ground chuck over the tortilla chips before I add the tomaotes
