    Bacon Cheeseburger Rotini

    List of Ingredients

    6 slices bacon
    1 lb ground beef
    2 cups water
    1 can (10.75oz) condensed tomato soup
    1/4 cup ketchup
    2-1/2 cups rotini
    1 cup cheddar jack finely shredded cheese


    1. Cook bacon in large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels. Discard fat from skillet; add beef. Cook on medium-high heat until fully cooked; drain.
    2. Stir in water, soup, ketchup and rotini; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover. Simmer 15 minutes until pasta is tender, stirring halfway through.
    3. Sprinkle with cheese; crumble bacon onto cheese. Let stand 2 minutes to melt cheese. Makes 4 servings.
