    List of Ingredients

    2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
    2 Tbsp butter or margarine
    2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 tsp onion salt
    1/4 tsp seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp seasoned pepper
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp chopped parsley
    2 eggs
    1 cup milk


    Preheat to 425F.
    Cook macaroni unsalted boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes or until al dente. Drain. Add butter. Stir until melted. Stir in cheese. Beat eggs and add to milk with seasonings and Dijon mustard. Place macaroni in a 1 1/2 qt casserole. Pour egg mixture over macaroni. Bake for 15 to 25 minutes or until almost set.
