    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 tube (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
    4 eggs
    2 tablespoons milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. shredded cheddar Cheese


    In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Unroll crescent dough into a slightly greased l3 x 9 baking pan. Press dough up the sides. Seal seams. Sprinkle with sausage.

    In a bowl beat the eggs, milk and pepper; pour over sausage.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 400 for l5 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese melted.
