    Cheddar Smashed Potatoes

    List of Ingredients

    2 lb. red potatoes w/ skin on, washed and quartered

    1/2 cup milk

    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    1/4 cup of butter or margarine


    In large saucepan, add potatoes and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Boil 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain. Add milk, cheese, and butter melts. Add potatoes. Mash potatoes to desired consistency. Mix well. Makes 6 servings.
