    Macaroni Ham Salad

    List of Ingredients

    1 (7 oz.) pkg. of small macaroni shells

    3/4 cup of diced celery

    1 (10 oz.) pkg. of frozen peas

    2 cups of diced cooked ham

    1 1/2 cups of Miracle Whip salad dressing

    1/4 cup of sugar

    1 tbsp. of white vinegar

    1 tbsp. of minced onion


    Cook, drain, rinse and cool macaroni shells. Cook, drain and cool frozen peas. Combine macaroni, celery, peas and ham in a large bowl. Set these ingredients aside while preparing the dressing. Combine the salad dressing, sugar, vinegar and onion in a bowl. Next, toss all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper and chill overnight. Makes 1/2 gallon. Serves 12-15 people.
