    Tomato Hamburger Macaroni Soup

    List of Ingredients

    1-1/2 lbs. ground beef

    1 medium onion, diced

    2 stalks celery, diced

    2 cans (14-oz.) stewed tomatoes

    1 can (14-oz.) chicken broth

    1 can tomato soup 1-1/2 to 2 quarts water

    2 cups cooked macaroni

    2 pints whipping cream

    Salt to taste

    Pepper to taste


    Brown hamburger with onion and celery. I season my hamburger with salt and pepper. Drain.

    In large kettle or Dutch oven, put stewed tomatoes, chicken broth, tomato soup and water, along with hamburger, onion and celery. Simmer. Then add cooked macaroni and cream. Heat till hot and serve.
