    Beef Mushroom Buns

    List of Ingredients




    1 (1 pound) loaf frozen bread
    1 Pound lean ground beef
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 can (4 oz.) Sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 Tablespoons, dried chopped onion
    2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

    Recipe



    Let frozen bread thaw until pliable. Overnight in the refrigerator is an easy way. Cook beef until well browned, drain. Add soup, mushrooms, onions and Worcestershire sauce to beef. Cut loaf of bread dough crosswise into 8 slices. Using a little flour on board and rolling pin, pat and roll dough pieces out to 5 inch circles. Place filling in center of dough circles. Pull all dough edges up to the center and pinch lightly to seal filling in. Place buns smooth side up on greased baking sheet. Using a sharp knife, make a large cut on top of each bun for a steam vent. Preheat oven to 375 and bake for 35 minutes, or until well browned. Makes 8 buns.
