I grew up on this as are my children, they have even when I first made it they called it macaroni soup
List of Ingredients
- 1 (8oz) box macaroni
- 2-3 tablespoons butter
- enough milk to cover the macaroni
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain
- after draining macaroni,add butter and stir until melted,add salt & pepper, and enough milk to cover macaroni
- place back on heat long enough to heat macaroni and the milk through
