Coconut Pecan Triangles

2 cups Martha WhiteŽ All-Purpose Flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter, melted
OR 3/4 cup margarine, melted
1-1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons Martha WhiteŽ All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup coconut
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In medium bowl, combine all cookie ingredients; mix until crumbly. Press mixture in bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, in another medium bowl, combine brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, vanilla and eggs; beat until smooth. Add pecans and coconut; mix well.
3. Carefully spoon and spread pecan mixture over partially baked crust. Return to oven; bake an additional 15 to 17 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 30 minutes or until completely cooled. Cut into triangle-shaped bars.
