    1/2 cup butter or margarine
    1 ounce unsweetened chocolate square
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    3/4 cup chopped walnuts
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 eggs

    8 ounces cream cheese, softened (reserve 2oz. for frosting)
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons flour
    1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
    1 egg
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 cup chopped nuts
    1 cup semisweet chocolate piece

    2 cups miniature marshmallows
    1/4 cup butter or margarine
    1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
    2 ounces cream cheese
    1/4 cup milk
    3 cups powdered sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla


    1. Preheat oven to 350* Grease and flour 9x13 pan.
    2. In lg.
    3. saucepan over low heat, melt 1/2 c.
    4. butter and 1oz.
    5. chocolate.
    6. Add remaining bar ingredients and mix well.
    7. Spread in prepared pan.
    8. In small bowl, combine 6 ounces cream cheese and next 5 filling ingredients.
    9. Blend untill smooth and fluffy.
    10. Stir in nuts.
    11. Spread over chocolate mixture.
    12. Sprinkle with chocolate pieces.
    13. Bake 25 minutes.
    14. Sprinkle with marshmallows and bake 2 more minutes.
    15. In large saucepan over low heat melt 1/4 c.
    16. butter, 1oz.
    17. unsweetened, remaining cream cheese and milk.
    18. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
    19. Quickly pour over marshmallows and swirl with a table knife
