    Mexican Corn Bread

    1 1/2 pounds ground beef
    1 1/2 cups self rising corn meal
    16 oz can yellow cream style corn
    2 eggs
    2 tablespoons bell pepper, chopped
    2 tablespoons onion, chopped
    3 jalapeno peppers
    1 cup sour cream
    2/3 cup cooking oil
    1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated

    Brown beef and drain on paper towel. Mix all other ingredients
    together and add browned beef. Place in 1 large or 2 small well
    greased pans. Bake at 325 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
