Bold Beef Stroganoff

- 1c. thinly sliced onion
- 3T. butter
- 3c. thinly sliced mushrooms
- 1 (1 1/2 lb.) beef flank steak, thinly sliced across the grain
- 3/4c. A.1.Bold steak sauce
- 1/2c. dairy sour cream
- hot cooked noodles
- In large skillet, over med. high heat, cook onion in 1T. butter for 2-3 mins. Add mushrooms; cook just until tender.
- Remove from skillet. In same skillet, brown meat in batches in remaining butter.
- Return meat and vegetables to skillet. Stir in steak sauce.
- Heat to boil; reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15 mins. Stir in sour cream.
- Serve immediately over hot noodles.
- Makes: 6 servings.
