    Bold Beef Stroganoff

    List of Ingredients

    • 1c. thinly sliced onion
    • 3T. butter
    • 3c. thinly sliced mushrooms
    • 1 (1 1/2 lb.) beef flank steak, thinly sliced across the grain
    • 3/4c. A.1.Bold steak sauce
    • 1/2c. dairy sour cream
    • hot cooked noodles


    1. In large skillet, over med. high heat, cook onion in 1T. butter for 2-3 mins. Add mushrooms; cook just until tender.
    2. Remove from skillet. In same skillet, brown meat in batches in remaining butter.
    3. Return meat and vegetables to skillet. Stir in steak sauce.
    4. Heat to boil; reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15 mins. Stir in sour cream.
    5. Serve immediately over hot noodles.
    6. Makes: 6 servings.
