    Cheesey Bacon/Ham Casserole

    1/2 lb bacon
    1/2 lb ham; cooked, chopped
    3/4 c quick cooking grits
    1 lb velveeta
    1/4 c butter
    6 lg eggs; lightly beaten
    1/2 c milk
    2 ts baking powder
    1/2 ts pepper

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp; remove bacon, and drain
    on paper towels, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings in skillet.
    Crumble bacon and set aside.

    Cook ham in reserved drippings in skillet over medium heat until

    Cook grits according to package directions. Remove from heat;
    stir in cheese and butter until melted. Stir in bacon, ham, eggs
    and remaining ingredients. Pout into a lightly greased 13 x 9
    baking dish.

    Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
