    Creamed Potato Casserole

    4 c diced (1/2 in) and peeled potatoes
    1/4 c flour
    4 T butter
    2 garlic cloves, pressed
    pepper, paprika
    2 c milk
    1 c dry bread crumbs
    1 c grated cheese (I used mozzarella)

    Boil the diced potatoes in just enough water to cover until they
    are not quite cooked. Drain.

    Melt butter in a saucepan. Add garlic and cook gently. Mix in
    flour and cook to form a roux. Add milk and cook until thickened.
    Season with pepper. Thoroughly butter a baking dish. Layer potatoes
    in dish. Pour cream sauce over the potatoes. Scatter bread crumbs
    over the top, then cover with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 400
