    Apple Cider Pork And Vegetables

    4 sweet potatoes, peel and cut in 1/2 inch slices
    6 oz dried fruit mix package
    1 md onion, slice thin
    1 bay leaf
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crush
    1 1/2 lb lean boneless pork, 1" cubes
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    2 tablespoons vegtable oil
    1 cup apple cider

    Place first 7 ingredients in slow cooker; set aside. Dredge pork
    in flour and brown in hot oil. Remove pork, reserving drippings in
    skillet. Place pork in cooker. Add cider to skillet, stirring to
    loosen any browned particles; pour over pork. Cover and cook on
    LOW 6 to 8 hours. Remove and discard bay leaf.
