    6 pork chops
    2 to 3 medium apples (Granny Smith), cored and sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    10 1/2-oz can chicken bouillon

    Season pork with salt and pepper. Place pork, apple slices, and
    onion in slow cooker. Add bouillon.

    Cook on low for 6 hours. Serve over rice.

    Yields 5-6 servings.
