    Crockpot Hash Brown Casserole

    2 pounds frozen hash browns
    12 ounces evaporated milk
    1 can cheddar cheese soup
    1 can cream of mushroom, chicken or celery soup
    1 can french fried onions, divided

    Spray inside of crock pot with nonstick cooking spray. Add soups
    and milk and whisk until smooth. Stir in potatoes and half the
    onions until well mixed. Sprinkle with remaining onions. Cover and
    cook on HIGH 3 1/2 hours or LOW 6-7 hours. Serve warm.
