    Easy Cauliflower & Broccoli Soup

    2 cans cream of broccoli soup
    4 cans milk
    1 small head cauliflower, cut florets
    1 bunch broccoli, cut florets
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 med carrots, shredded
    1 batch white/cheese sauce

    2 Tbsp butter
    2 Tbsp flour
    1 cup milk
    3 cups cheeses of choice, shredded

    Steam or boil veggies and onion. Cut up it only takes about 15-20
    minutes. Add broccoli soup and milk while heating on low. Add
    white/cheese sauce. Serve when hot.

    White Sauce: Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in saucepan. Add (over low heat)
    1 1/2 - 2Tbs ps flour. Stir and heat for about 3-4 minutes. Stir
    in slowly 1 cup milk or cream. Add 3 cups (mixed) shredded cheddar,
    mozzarella and parmesan. Stir until melted and add sauce to veggies
    and milk. Season to taste and vary flavor with any of the following:
    celery salt, grating of nutmeg, chopped parsley or chopped chives.
