    List of Ingredients

    • 1 (2lb) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    • 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
    • 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
    • 2T. butter, melted
    • 1/2t. salt


    1. Place potatoes in crock pot. Combine soup, milk, butter, and salt.
    2. Stir to mix; then pour over potatoes. Stir gently to mix.
    3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hrs. Only the low setting is recommended for this recipe.
    4. Makes: 10 servings.
    5. I like to add onions also.
