    List of Ingredients

    2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast meat, cut in 1 inch cubes
    1 4 oz. can diced green chiles
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 14 1/2 oz. can Mexican stewed tomatoes
    1 package taco seasoing, divided
    1 can Niblets yellow corn, drained


    Put half of taco seasoning mix in a plastic bag. Add chicken pieces and shake to coat.
    Spray pam in bottom of cold cooker's crock. In a bowl, mix remaining ingredeints with
    rest of taco seasoning mix. Pour over and stir slightly to involve chicken with sauce.
    Cook on a low setting 6-8 hours. Serve over rice or taco chips, with quacamole, sour
    cream, grated cheese, and salsa alongside.
