    Slow-Cooked Beef Stew

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 lb. bag baby carrots
    • 2lb. boneless beef chuck roast, cubed
    • 2 large potatoes, cubed
    • 1 can condensed cream of tomato soup
    • 1 envelope beef stew seasoning mix
    • 1c. water


    1. Cut carrots in half crosswise. Place beef, carrots, and potatoes in slow cooker.
    2. In a bowl, whisk together the soup, water, and seasoning packet.
    3. Pour over beef and vegetables. Cover and cook on low for 8 hrs. or high for 4 hrs.
    4. Makes: about 3 qt.
