    Slow-Cooker Beef Tips

    List of Ingredients

    • 1/2c. flour
    • 1t. salt
    • 1/8t. pepper
    • 4 lb. tips
    • 1/2c. chopped green onions
    • 2(4oz) cans mushrooms, drained
    • 1(10.5oz) can condensed beef broth
    • 1t. Worcestershire
    • 2t. ketchup
    • 1/4c. red wine
    • 3T. flour
    • buttered noodles


    1. Combine 1/2c. flour with salt and pepper. Toss with meat to coat. Place in crockpot.
    2. Add green onions and mushrooms. Combine broth, Worcestershire, ketchup. Pour over beef. Stir well.
    3. Cover and cook 8-12 hours. 1 hour before serving make a paste of red wine and 3T. flour.
    4. Stir into pot. Cook until thick. Serve over noodles.
