5 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup parmesagn cheese
1 1/2 cups chopped ham (optional)
1 pound, cooked, drained hamburger (optional)
Spray crock pot with non-stick spray. Layer potatoes, flour, milk.
Repeat until all ingredients are used up. Top with cheeses and
paprika. Cook on high about 5 hours or so, until potatoes are
tender. Can also be done in the oven at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
