    Swedish Meatballs II

    List of Ingredients

    • 2 lb. ground beef
    • 1 onion, finely chopped
    • 1/2t. minced garlic
    • 3T. milk
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2t. salt
    • 1/2t. pepper
    • 1/2t. garlic salt
    • 3/4c. Italian bread crumbs
    • 1t.steak sauce
    • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    • 4 beef bouillon cubes
    • 1 pkg. egg noodles
    • 2c. water


    1. In medium bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, milk, egg, bread crumbs, steak sauce, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    2. Mix well. Shape into 1/2 inch balls. Brown until done. Turn often.
    3. Place in crockpot. In same pan combine soup, 2c. water and bouillon.
    4. Using a whisk, mix until combined and no lumps. Heat to simmer then pour in crockpot.
    5. Cook on high about 3 hours. Turn down to low and cook 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
    6. Cook noodles according to pkg. directions. Serve meatballs and gravy over noodles.
