    • 3 LBS. BRISKET OF BEEF
    • 1 BOTTLE HICKORY SMOKED BARBECUE SAUCE
    • 1 ENVELOPE CHILI SEASONING
    • 1t. CHOPPED GARLIC
    • 1t. LEMON JUICE
    • 1T. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
    • 1/2C. CHOPPED ONION


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS, EXCEPT MEAT IN THE CROCKPOT.
    2. STIR WELL.
    3. ADD MEAT AND STIR WELL TO COAT.
    4. COVER AND COOK.
    5. LOW- 10 HRS. HIGH- 5 HRS.
    6. REMOVE THE MEAT AND SHRED. RETURN THE MEAT TO THE CROCKPOT.
    7. STIR WELL. SERVE ON SOFT ROLLS.
