    Taco Salad

    1 lb cooked & drained ground beef
    1 lg can kidney beans (or several 10 oz? cans)
    2 small cans tomato juice
    10 oz tomato sauce
    10 oz tomato soup
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    salt/pepper (to taste)
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    chili powder (to taste)

    Cook on high for four hours. To make the taco salad, layer Dorito
    chips on a plate. Cover with the chili mixture. Cover chili
    mixture with chopped lettuce, tomato, onion, green peppers and
    grated cheddar cheese.

    The amounts are approximate, you can add more or less as you please.
    Also you can just use the mixture as chili one night, or you can
    use the mixture & the chopped veggies to a floured fajita for
