    List of Ingredients

    1/4 C butter or margarine, softened
    2 C all-purpose flour, sifted
    1/4 t salt
    1/2 C Brown sugar
    1 t baking powder
    1/4 C chopped pecans
    2 eggs
    1 C milk
    1 apple peeled, cored, chopped
    Crumb topping:
    1/2 C brown sugar, 1/4 C flour, 2 t cinnamon, 3 T Butter or Margarine Cut in butter or margarine until crumbly


    Preheat oven to 350. Butter the sides and bottom of a 9x9 inch baking dish.

    With electric mixer, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat until smooth.

    Add Flour, salt, baking powder, and milk. Beat at medium speed until well mixed. Stir in pecans and apples. Pour into baking dish and top with Crumb topping. Bake about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
