Applesauce Carrot Snack Cake with Hot Mi

2 packages Martha WhiteŽ Carrot Cake Muffin Mix
1 cup pecans, chopped
2 cups applesauce
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup milk
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease bottom of a 13x9-inch cake pan. In large bowl, combine muffin mix and pecans; mix well. Add remaining ingredients; stir just until blended. Pour into greased pan.
2. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly.
3. Heat milk in medium saucepan over low heat just until warm. Remove from heat. Add all remaining icing ingredients; stir until smooth. Spoon over warm cake.
