    • 1-6OZ. PIE CRUST
    • 3T. CORNSTARCH
    • 1 1/3C. WATER
    • 1-14 OZ. CAN SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
    • 3 EGG YOLKS, BEATEN
    • 2T. BUTTER
    • 1t. VANILLA
    • 1/2C. FLAKED COCONUT, TOASTED
    • 2 MED. BANANAS
    • LEMON JUICE
    • WHIPPED CREAM


    Instructions


    1. IN SAUCEPAN, DISSOLVE CORNSTARCH IN WATER, STIR IN CONDENSED MILK AND EGG YOLKS.
    2. COOK AND STIR UNTIL THICK AND BUBBLY.
    3. REMOVE FROM HEAT, ADD BUTTER AND VANILA.
    4. COOL SLIGHTLY.
    5. FOLD IN COCONUT.
    6. SLICE BANANAS DIP IN LEMON JUICE AND DRAIN.
    7. ARRANGE ON BOTTOM OF PIE CRUST. POUR FILLING OVER BANANAS.
    8. COVER. CHILL 4 HOURS OR UNTIL SET.
    9. TOP WITH WHIP CREAM.
    10. GARNISH WITH TOASTED COCONUT AND SLICED BANANAS IF DESIRED.
