    Butterscotch Pie

    1 c. packed light brown sugar
    1/2 stick butter (or margarine)

    3 heaping tablespoons flour
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 teas. vanilla

    Put brown sugar and butter in heavy saucepan and boil until thick
    (approximately 3 minutes).

    Combine flour, egg yolks, sugar and vanilla. After the above
    ingredients have been combined, add one can (15 oz.) Milnot.

    Combine the two mixtures in saucepan and cook until it boils for
    1 minute. Pour into baked pie shell. Make your favorite meringue
    with the 3 egg whites and brown in oven. Store uneaten part of
    pie in refrigerator.
