    Crunchy Topped Peach Pie

    6 c. sliced ripe peaches
    1/4 to 1/3 sugar
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 unbaked pie crust (9inch)

    2 c. rolled oats
    1/2 c. minced almonds
    1/4 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    Place peaches in medium size bowl and sprinkle with sugar and lemon
    juice. Combine 3 tablespoons flour and spices and sprinkle this
    into the peaaches. Mix gently but thouroughly. Spread the filling
    into unbaked pie crust. Combine topping ingredients in the same
    bowl and mix well. Apply the topping evenly over the top; pat down
    firmly. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees, then turn down to 375
    degrees for about 30 minutes.
