    Five Flavor Pound Cake

    List of Ingredients

    • 2 sticks butter, melted
    • 1/2c. shortening, melted
    • 3c. sugar
    • 5 eggs, well beaten
    • 3c. plain flour
    • 1/2t. baking powder
    • 1c. milk
    • 1t. vanilla
    • 1t. coconut extract
    • 1t. rum extract
    • 1t. butter extract
    • 1t. lemon extract
    • Glaze:
    • 1c. sugar
    • 1t. coconut extract
    • 1t. lemon extract
    • 1t. rum extract
    • 1t. butter extract
    • 1t. almond extract
    • 1/2c. water
    • Bring to a boil and pour over cake in pan. Let cool.


    1. Cream butter, shortening, sugar and eggs until fluffy. Mix in other ingredients and spoon into greased and floured tube pan.
    2. Bake at 325 for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Add glaze.
