3/4 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick mix
2 packages (250 g each) cream cheese
Heat oven to 350 F. Grease pie plate (10x1 1/2). Place milk, vanilla,
eggs, sugar and baking mix in blender container. Cover and blend
on high for 15 seconds. Add cream cheese. Cover and blend on high
2 min. Pour into plate. Bake until center is firm, 40 to 45 min;
cool. Spread Topping carefully over top. Garnish with fruit.
Topping: Mix 1 cup dairy sour cream, 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tsp vanilla.
