When getting ready for a lot of exercise, you need your protein to start the day. I make this easy high energy breakfast to start my crew off. My mom always made it for me when I was young and we would camp in our backyard.

1/2 pound ground turkey or beef
lots of ground pepper
When the kids were little this is where I stopped. Just fry up the hamburger and toss in the eggs and cook until done. Now that they are older and will accept veges, I can now throw in peppers and onions.
1 small pepper chopped
1 small onion
We make them into breakfast burritos by rolling some in a tortilla and adding sour cream and salsa.
