    Chili Dusted Pork Chops

    List of Ingredients

    • 4 boneless pork chops, center cut
    • 2T. oil
    • Seasoning:
    • 1T. paprika
    • 1/2t. ground cumin
    • 1/4t. white pepper
    • 1/4t. black pepper
    • 1/2t. salt
    • 1/4t. dry whole thyme leaves
    • 1/2t. chili powder


    1. Combine all seasonings together, mix well. Dust both sides of chops with seasoning mix and reserve.
    2. Heat a large cast iron skillet over med. heat or flame and add oil.
    3. Once the pan is heated and hot, add the chops. Cook for 10-14 mins. or until they have reached an internal temp. of 145 degrees.
    4. Also great grilled.
    5. Serves: 2-4
