1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped dates
coconut
Cream butter. Add sugar and egg. Add vanilla. Stir in dates and nuts.
Drop by spoonfuls into coconut. Shape into small logs.
Bake on greased pan at 350�F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
