    List of Ingredients

    • 2c. brown sugar
    • 1c. white sugar
    • 1c. sour cream or milk
    • 1T. butter
    • 1t. vanilla
    • fresh cream


    1. Combine the sugars and sour milk in large saucepan; stir over low heat until sugars are dissolved.
    2. Cook to soft ball stage. Remove form heat. Add butter and vanilla; cool to lukewarm.
    3. Beat until quite stiff, then add enough fresh cream to make frosting proper consistency to spread.
