    • 1 1/3c. powdered sugar
    • 1/8t. cream of tartar
    • 1 egg white


    Instructions


    1. In small bowl, stir together powdered sugar and cream of tartar.
    2. Beat in egg white at low speed until well blended.
    3. Increase speed to medium; beat 5 minutes or until icing is thick, creamy and holds stiff peaks.
