    • 4 whole broiler-fryer chicken legs (thigh and drumstick attached)
    • 3/4c. chili sauce
    • 1/2c. beer
    • 1T. dark brown sugar
    • 1T. Worcestershire sauce
    • 2t. prepared horseradish
    • 1/2t. salt


    1. In small bowl, mix together chili sauce, beer, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, prepared horseradish and salt.
    2. Place chicken, skin side up, on prepared grill about 8 inches from heat.
    3. Grill, turning every 10 minutes, about 35 minutes. Brush chicken with sauce; grill, turning and basting with sauce every 5 minutes, about 20 mins. more or until chicken is fork tender.
    4. Makes: 4 servings
