    This looks just like a giant bullfrog

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 whole frying chicken
    • 1 jar rosemary
    • 1c. kosher salt
    • foil


    1. The day before serving, clean chicken, removing excess fat.
    2. Cut both sides of the rib cage from tail to shoulder. Open, using the wing joints as pivots.
    3. Pound flat with the side of a knife. Place on foil, coat with salt and rosemary on both sides.
    4. Seal in foil and refrigerate overnight. Cook on the grill.
