    List of Ingredients


    • 1/3c. brown sugar
    • 1t. ground ginger
    • 1c. beef broth
    • 1/3c. soy sauce
    • 2T. cornstarch
    • 1/4c. sherry
    • 1T. oil
    • 4(6 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts


    Instructions


    1. In a saucepan, dissolve the sugar and ginger in the broth and soy sauce, bring to a boil.
    2. Mix the cornstarch with the sherry and add to the sauce. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens. Cool.
    3. Brush the oil over the chicken breasts. Grill over medium heat for 8 mins. per side. Brush frequently with sauce while cooking.
    4. Brush 1 final time and serve.
