    Recipe Introduction

    Using low fat mayonnaise and sour cream reduces the fat content from 7 grams per serving to less than 2 grams and cuts the calories almost in half!

    List of Ingredients

    1 (10-oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, defrosted
    1 cup low fat or nonfat mayonnaise
    1 cup low fat sour cream
    1 (8-oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped3 green onions, chopped
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 packet vegetable soup mix


    Drain the spinach and squeeze dry. In a medium bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients. Add spinach and mix well. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving. Garnish with chopped red pepper and red onion if desired.
