    List of Ingredients

    • 16 oz. frozen hash browns
    • 14 1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes
    • 4 oz. Velveeta, diced


    1. Spray a 1 1/2 qt. microwave safe casserole dish. Place potatoes and stewed tomatoes (undrained) in the dish and stir.
    2. Microwave, covered, on high for about 6-8 mins. stirring once during cooking.
    3. Stir in Velveeta, continue cooking for another 4 mins. stirring once.
    4. Yield: 4-6 servings
